  Absolutely AMAZING cakes and cupcakes made for my daughter’s birthday at the butterfly house. My daughter has a dairy intolerance and these were vegan cupcakes that tasted like heaven with adorable garnishes!!! The cake had edible flowers on it and decorated beautifully with fresh lemon and lavender. I couldn’t have been happier. I am blown away. Thank you.

  Very good breakfast/brunch/lunch spot. Sustainable values are clear throughout. Our group was made up of one vegan and two omnivores. We had three different meal options and a shared pastry that were all delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Wish this was my home town so I could stop in more.

  Unfortunately I experienced really bad customer service. I ordered a biscuit and jam to go, which I assumed I would be able to get in a few minutes and be on my way to my appointment. After waiting about 10 minutes I asked the girl who seemed to be in charge if they would be able to get my order through faster so I wouldn’t be late, she went to the kitchen and looked around a bit bewildered, came back and said that my order wasn’t finished yet. I could literally see a biscuit sitting on a plate in the back. I asked again if I could get my order sooner. She went back and after another 5 minutes came and said that biscuit was for another order. Well obviously. But I am in front of you asking for an exception. I understand being busy, but the lack of urgency and refusal to help a customer who needs special attention is just poor customer service. I left without my biscuit, even though I had already paid for it.

  A very non descriptive location, I had to turn around. Maybe the owners can bolster the signage since it is on a busy street. It is a no frills operation as you can see it in the pictures. The focus is the food and not the decor. I ordered the classic burrito, made to the order, be prepared to wait for few minutes. The burrito had a good balance and good portion, it came with a side of salsa and a slice of orange cut in half, I am guessing to cleanse the pallet or maybe because it is summer. The salsa was chunky, not spicy and seemed freshly made. They had a cupcake sale, BOGO. There were were 4 left, 3 blueberries and 1 lemon. The 4 blueberries were placed on top of the cream and same for the sliver of the lemon. The cupcakes have good portion of cream on top. Have not tried yet. They have couple of tables outside. If you are looking for vegan and vegetarian food, try it. I was told the biscuits and gravy are a hit. The prices may seem a little bit on the higher side for vegan/vegetarian. Cannot blame the owner to cash in on the craze along with the cost of running the business.

  A plus! Everyone I have met at Flora who works there is extremely nice. All of the food I have ordered has not only come out better than what I thought but it comes out quick as well. Absolutely incredibly delicious food! The deserts are exceptional! Everyone is super friendly who eats there and works there. I've been there by myself I've been there with another person and each time it's the perfect atmosphere.
